Grilled Salmon Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
- 3 grilled tuna fillets, skinned, boned and cut in bite size pieces
- 1 1/2 tablespoons capers
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh dill
- 1 tablespoon horseradish
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 head Romaine lettuce, in bite size pieces
- 1 small red onion, sliced
- 3 tablespoons herbed olive oil
- 2 tablespoons herbed vinegar
- some salt
- some pepper
Instructions:
1. In a large salad bowl, add in the tuna fillets, capers, fresh dill, horseradish, lemon juice, Romaine lettuce, red onion, some salt and pepper. Combine and mix well.
2. Cover and place it in the refrigerator for an hour to let it cool.
3. Just before serving, make sure you add in the olive oil and vinegar and toss well.
